Elisabeth McBrien an instructional design specialist at Ecampus.  She has a BS in Science, a BA in Liberal Studies, and an MA in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages.  Before joining Ecampus as an instructional designer, Elisabeth had been a full-time instructor at Oregon State University, where she taught English to international students.  Elisabeth began her career in higher education in 2009 as a teaching assistant in the Multicultural Academic Program at Portland Community College.  She has also taught courses at Rogue Community College, Southern Oregon University, and abroad.  Before starting her teaching career, she spent several years working in forestry at the Portland Forestry Sciences Laboratory.
